The Odawara Overseas Citizens Exchange Association, abbreviated as OIFA (Odawara International Friendship Association), was established following the sister city partnership between Odawara City in Japan and Chula Vista City in California, USA, on November 8, 1981. OIFA facilitates exchange programs between Odawara City and its sister city, Chula Vista City, in California, as well as organizes and operates international exchange activities within Odawara, Japan.

We welcome you to events or become a member as we grow understanding, cooperate, support, and contribute to the community in Odawara and around the world.
